Today day in LS2, we practiced multiplication using an algorithm, which is a step-by-step method for solving the problem. We learned how to do the multiplication correctly and ensure our answers are accurate. The part I liked most was figuring out the problem by following the right strategies.
This week for maths, we learned about subtraction and addition problems. If you need help on addition algorithim, you should read this DLO. Addition is basically based off of carrying numbers and adding. I enjoyed these equations and will set a goal to acheive better.
Today in LS2, we were learning about subtraction in algorithim. Algorithim is a step by step way to solve an equation. Subtraction is a way to solve questions and discembles numbers from one another for a different answer. I enjoyed learning properly how to solve subtraction using algorithim and I learned how to solve it in algorithim in easy steps.
This week we had to do subtraction slides.
We have been learning to Instantlly recall multiplacation equations, also to reconise 10 digit numbers.
First we had to answer equations that was on 2 slides.
Then we had to answer 2 slides of word equations.
After that we had to do our own word equations.

Translation means to slide and move.
The distance and Measurements.
To make the measurements you need a ruler ( 100m ) and chalk to memorize the meters.
The difference to Width and Length is that width is how wide it is and length is how tall it is.
We had to do this with partners and my partner was Jamie – Lee.
This week we had to 2 work slides to caculate the area of a square.
First we had to do lines and change the color.
After that we had to do either square or rectangle.
Then we had to do some shapes in our maths book.
Finally we had to blog.
