In LS2, we practiced a way to divide numbers called short division. Short division is a quick way to divide large numbers. The person said their favorite part is solving the equation to find the answer, meaning they like figuring out the solution step by step.
This week for Maths we had been givin a Maths paper and slides to work on.
First Miss Lowans took down Group By Group and for My Group and I
had to expand numbers for examples : 356, 300 + 50 + 6 .
After that when we did five of those in our Maths book we had to work
on slides. Then we had to finish all slides and Blog.
I enjoyed Expanding it .
I need to improve on Math.
I learnt about ANZAC Food Rations.
First,we had to find pictures of each Food or object…And find out the Nutritional Value for the Food .
It had to be metric measurements.
Lastly, my partner and me had to convert Ib which means ”pounds”.We had to convert ”pounds” into grams.
I enjoyed converting it. I did well at screenshotting the Nutritional Values. I need to get better at understanding more.
